All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. We confirm your order once we verify your proof of payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if details are incomplete or payment cannot be verified.

Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout applies to your order.

Payment is made via GCash or AUB bank transfer. Some items require a down payment to begin production, with the balance due before pickup or delivery.

Custom and personalized items are made to your specifications. Please review all details carefully before approving production. Because these items are made just for you, they generally cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Processing times are estimates and begin once payment is confirmed. Rush options, where available, are offered for an additional fee. Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control may affect timelines.

You may choose pickup or delivery at checkout. Delivery orders worth ₱2,000 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders under that amount, delivery fees and arrangements are coordinated separately. Risk passes to you once the order is picked up or handed to the courier.

All site content, designs, and images are the property of Critter Craft Co. unless otherwise stated, and may not be used without permission. For custom work, you are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any artwork or text you provide.

To the extent permitted by law, Critter Craft Co. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
